How do I invite a contributor to edit captions on YouTube?
This tutorial will show you how to invite the CTL team to edit the captions of your YouTube videos.
1. Invite a contributor to edit captions
On the YouTube home page:
1.) Click your User Account Icon in the top-right corner.
2.) Select YouTube Studio
From the Creator Studio Home page, navigate to the "Settings" Tab. From there, head to the "Permissions" tab.
In the Permissions tab, click "Invite."
A box will appear asking for an email and level of access. Input the desired contributor's email address and select "Editor." Once you have finished, click "Done."
Contact the CTL at [email protected] to find out what email to add as your contributor
An email will be sent to the contributor where they will accept the invitation and be able to work on your captions.
